Komal Patwari

Komal Patwari is a compliance professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving in a compliance role at Skuad since April 2022, prior experience includes working as Corporate Counsel and Company Secretary at Amazon from September 2015 to August 2021, where leadership included legal operations and compliance advisory for Prione Business and corporate secretarial duties for Prione and Cloudtail. Komal also served as Company Secretary at ITC Limited from April 2012 to August 2015, participating in significant corporate restructuring and compliance transitions. Educational qualifications include a Professional degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and an M Com in Commerce from T M B University, along with ongoing legal studies for an LLB at Karnataka State Law University.
