Alysse Nielsen

Alysse Nielsen currently serves as the Director of Employee Relations North America at PayPal, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this, Alysse held the role of Director of Employee Relations at Sodexo from April 2016 to June 2025, overseeing a team of Tier 2 Employee Relations Managers and supporting a workforce of over 120,000 employees in the U.S. Alysse's experience includes serving as Sr. Manager of Employee Relations at Sodexo, where thorough investigations into complex employee conflicts were conducted. Alysse also has a substantial background in human resources from Advantage Sales & Marketing, where responsibility extended from being a Human Resources Department Manager to contributing to significant mergers and acquisitions. Early career highlights include positions as Human Resources Generalist II and Business Partner at Advantage Sales, LLC, as well as roles at FUEL Marketing and Kelly Services. Alysse holds a B.A. in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Texas State University and an Associate of Science in Business Management from Salt Lake Community College.
