Bill Seligman has extensive experience in operations, risk management, and credit strategy, primarily within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Portfolio Funding Strategy at PayPal since 2008, Bill has also held various leadership roles including Head of Operations. Previous positions include VP of Operations & Risk Management at Bill Me Later, Chief Credit Officer at Juniper Bank, and SVP of Risk Management at First USA. Bill's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Bachelor's degree in Economics and History from Oberlin College, and a Certificate of Achievement in Weather Forecasting from Penn State University.
