Carolynn Jinhee Bae is the Owner of Secret Sunrise Singapore, where a personal passion for dance is translated into a mission to spread joy throughout the region. With a robust tenure at PayPal since July 2013, Carolynn has held various leadership roles, including Director of Training and Global Revenue Enablement, where the focus has been on driving sales excellence and implementing global strategies for go-to-market success. Previous positions at PayPal encompassed leadership in sales enablement across International Markets, the deployment of a global sales methodology, and the transformation of content marketing strategies for the APAC region. Prior to PayPal, Carolynn worked as an Account Director at SapientNitro, leading major rebranding initiatives, and as a Communications Manager at Workstar, contributing significantly to business growth and strategic marketing efforts. Carolynn holds a BA in Asian & International Studies from Western Sydney University.
