With nearly 20 years of experience in the consumer finance industry, they have a robust background in project management, people management, and business transformation. Previously, Fionnuala served as a Programme Manager and Senior Project Manager at Avant Money and held the role of Senior Change Management Consultant at AvantCard for two decades. They are currently pursuing a degree in Business Studies at the Institute of Technology, Sligo, and are also studying for the Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner qualifications in Project Management.
