Garrett Hope

Garrett Hope is a seasoned product management executive with extensive experience in leading product strategy and execution across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at PayPal since March 2023, Garrett oversees product strategy for consumer experiences including the PayPal and Venmo apps. Prior to PayPal, Garrett held the position of Director of Product Management for Retail Ads Growth at Google, managing a portfolio with a $5B annual run rate. Experience at Checkr, Inc. included steering product management and data platforms, while tenure at Vrbo involved significant roles in marketplace design and pricing strategies. Earlier career roles include leadership positions at Expedia and JDSU, focusing on product management and development in various capacities. Garrett holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Network Administration and Programming from Columbia Basin College and a degree from Washington State University Vancouver.
