John McDonough

John McDonough is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations and commercial strategy across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Inside Sales Operations Lead at PayPal since August 2023, McDonough previously held the role of Senior Commercial Operations Specialist at EXA Infrastructure, where responsibilities included overseeing sales team commissions, incentive structures, and the launch of new incentive software. Prior experience includes roles at GTT, where McDonough played a key role in the sale of infrastructure services for $2.1 billion, as well as experience in private equity and client experience management at Cape Management Global, LLC and GTT, respectively.
