Kerri Warner

Kerri Warner serves as the Head of Employee Communications, Culture & Engagement at PayPal, leading a global team responsible for communication strategies and execution across internal channels and the external newsroom since November 2024. Prior to this role, Kerri took a career break to focus on personal and professional development, including yoga and community engagement. Kerri's experience includes serving as the Global Head of Internal Communications for Spotify, where responsibilities included overseeing content strategy during significant organizational change, and as SVP/Global Head of Leadership Development & Engagement at Mastercard, where Kerri implemented impactful leadership development strategies and built a high-performing global communications team. Kerri's career also includes a role as SVP in Corporate Employee Engagement Practice at Publicis Groupe, where Kerri developed comprehensive employee communication strategies. Kerri holds a Master of Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
