Kevin Tolliver is an experienced software engineer currently serving as Software Engineer 2 at PayPal, focusing on Blockchain, Crypto, and Digital Currencies since January 2021. Previous roles at PayPal include Software Engineer 1 positions on the Xoom Growth Team and In-Store Payments. Kevin co-founded CannaGo in August 2018, where responsibilities included leading engineering efforts for a startup delivering CBD products, achieving significant growth and overseeing an engineering team.
