Kristen Gutierrez

Kristen (Shambo) Gutierrez, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of Risk & Compliance Oversight at PayPal, a position held since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Deloitte from October 2016 to June 2023, where Kristen held various titles, including Program Manager, Product Team Lead, Senior Advisory Consultant, and Advisory Analytics Consultant. Earlier professional experience includes an internship as a Planning Analyst at Ross Stores, Inc. in 2015 and an Accounting Internship at Metro Arborist Suppliers in 2014. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, earned between 2012 and 2016, and is a graduate of Zionsville Community High School, completing studies from 2008 to 2012.
