Lamis R. Diwan is an accomplished recruiting leader with extensive experience in high-volume recruitment and talent management across various technology and product organizations. At PayPal since 2011, Lamis has held multiple leadership roles including Recruiting Leader for Product & Technology and Risk & GCS, where efforts led to a reduction in operational costs of $650K annually and supported growth initiatives in Mexico City. Previous roles include Technical Recruiter, Manager of Talent Mobility, Manager of Talent Operations, and Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist, demonstrating a strong focus on process optimization, stakeholder partnership, and enhancing candidate experiences. Lamis also has experience from Facebook and Cypress Semiconductor, managing end-to-end recruitment processes and developing university recruiting programs.
