Michael Gustafson is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in customer success and onboarding in the technology and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success and Onboarding at PayPal since March 2020, Michael leads a team that provides proactive services to enterprise merchants in commercial payments. Previously, Michael held various roles at Amazon from January 2012 to January 2017, including Program Manager and Enterprise Onboarding Leader for North America, where responsibilities included designing learning solutions and guiding sellers through onboarding and global expansion. Prior experience at Microsoft involved managing vendor operations and leading customer service teams, while earlier roles at ISOutsource and Volt Workforce Solutions focused on sales management and account growth for IT services and technology solutions. Michael holds a degree in History and International Studies from the University of Washington.
