Otto Abasi Williams serves as the SVP, Regional Head and General Manager for the Middle East and Africa at PayPal. Previously, Otto held several senior positions at Visa, including SVP, Head of Product, Partnerships, and Digital Solutions for CEMEA, SVP, Head of Partnerships, Innovation and Digital Solutions for CEMEA, and Vice President, Head of Strategic Partnerships, Fintech & Ventures for CEMEA. Otto's professional journey also includes a role as Manager of Global Business Development at Syncada from Visa, Sr. Manager of Business Development at Bay Dynamics, and Associate in Technology Investment Banking at Cowen and Company. Otto holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a degree in Computer Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
