Ray Taylor

Ray Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and strategic consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Product & Strategy Manager at PayPal since September 2021, Ray previously held several roles at Deloitte, including Manager and Summer Associate. Ray has also provided consulting services for startups while at Jon Brumley Texas Venture Labs and worked on digital market strategy at Under Armour. Prior engineering and technical roles include senior positions at Lockheed Martin and Boeing, complemented by a background in academia as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at UC Riverside. Ray holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master's in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside, and a Bachelor's in Applied Math with a focus on Cybernetics from UCLA.
