Richie Gupta

Richie Gupta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations, currently serving as the Head of Strategy & Operations for the UK and Europe at PayPal since January 2022. Responsibilities include leading significant projects such as developing a new Operational Model for the Sales & Servicing organization and establishing a unified OKR framework across Europe. Previously, Richie held the role of Senior Manager for UK Sales Strategy & Operations and Chief of Staff to the UK Market Director, focusing on large enterprise business strategy. Prior experience includes senior positions at Lloyds Banking Group in business development and strategy, as well as roles at NAB, McGrathNicol, Deloitte, and Protiviti. Academically, Richie holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University and is a Chartered Accountant certified by Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
