Shao Qi Seah

Shao Qi (SQ) Seah is an accomplished technology and information security professional with extensive experience in risk management and insider threat engineering. Currently, Shao Qi holds the position of MTS 2 at PayPal, having progressed from MTS 1 and previously serving as a Technology & Information Security Risk Oversight Manager. Prior to joining PayPal in August 2020, Shao Qi worked as an Assistant Vice President in Internal Audit at Citi and as a Manager in Risk Assurance at PwC Singapore. Early career experience includes a role as a Presales Consultant at Oracle. Shao Qi holds a Bachelor of Computing (Honours) in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore and participated in an exchange program in Computer Science at Uppsala University.
