Vanessa Onyemem

Vanessa Onyemem has extensive experience in compliance and operational risk management, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for PayPal in Europe since August 2019. Prior to this, Vanessa held prominent roles at Worldpay as Compliance Director for the UK and Europe and at Alphabet Fuhrparkmanagement GmbH as Head of Compliance and Operational Risk. Additionally, Vanessa served as a Regulatory Compliance Consultant at Grant Thornton UK LLP from October 2008 to December 2014. Vanessa's educational background includes a Master of Law (LL.M.) in International Legal Practice and a Legal Practice Course, both from the College of Law, Moorgate. Vanessa also contributes as a Board Trustee and Member of the Audit Committee.
