Vani Yalamanchili

Vani Yalamanchili is an accomplished executive in engineering and technology with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Executive Director and Global Head of Engineering for Financial Services at PayPal since November 2024, Vani previously held the position of SVP and Global Head of Engineering for Secure Remote Commerce at Mastercard from September 2022 to October 2024. Vani's prior roles include Executive Director of Engineering for Digital Banking at Finastra, where responsibilities encompassed developing SaaS solutions and migrating infrastructure to Microsoft Azure, and Director of Engineering for Epocrates at Athenahealth. Vani's career also features significant positions at General Motors, Flagstar Bank, Ajilon, and Birla Global. Vani holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master’s in Computer Applications from the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology.
