Marta Olejnik-Rzytka

Marta Olejnik-Rzytka is an experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Head of Retention and Loyalty at PayPo since September 2020. Previously, Marta held positions such as Marketing Manager at WorkShield, where responsibilities included coordinating brand, marketing, and PR activities. Marta co-founded Stand Back and Flint Media Group while also managing marketing for Mr Beam and Steelo LTD. Earlier career roles include General Manager at High End Builders and Sales Marketing Assistant at Team@One, along with an internship at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland. Marta holds a Master's degree in Communication Design and a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of Wroclaw.
