Franklin Ndikum is an experienced professional with a strong background in Agile practices and project management. Franklin has worked in various Scrum Master roles where they have successfully implemented Scrum principles and practices, facilitated continuous improvement, and removed team impediments. Franklin has also trained and coached teams on implementing Agile, Kanban, and Scrum frameworks. Franklin obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management / Business Administration from Herzing University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Technology Center INC from 2012 to 2014, where they acquired certifications in Comptia A+, Comptia Net+, MTA, HDI, and Cloud Computing, focusing on Information Technology.

In 1998, Franklin completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from the University Of Yaounde 1 Cameroon.

Continuing their education, they received a certification in Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional (LBBP) from the Management and Strategy Institute in 2018.

Franklin also holds various additional certifications. Franklin obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2023. Franklin earned the AWS Certified Security - Specialty and AWS Solutions Architect – Associate certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2020 and June 2020, respectively. Additionally, they obtained the PCNSA certification from Palo Alto Networks in October 2020. Furthermore, Franklin holds certifications in Professional Scrum Master PSM and Professional Scrum Product Owner PSPO 1 from Scrum.org, although the exact dates are unknown.
