Kavita Singh

As VP of AI Product Management for Payrailz, Kavita will use her extensive background in financial services product management and artificial intelligence to further build out and develop Payrailz’ AI product initiatives and features. Moreover, she is also responsible for further advancing our company’s strategic “smarter payments vision” and overseeing the go-to-market approaches for Payrailz’ AI initiatives and experiences.

Kavita brings more than 15 years of experience in product management and development and joined Payrailz from Credit2B, a company that is now part of Billtrust. In this role, she was responsible for the company’s SaaS-based risk analytics platform, including the launch of artificial intelligence and machine learning features within the platform. She also served as Senior Product Strategy Manager at Fiserv where she led new mobile payments product development for B2C,

B2B and C2B payments. Singh began her career at IBM.

A results-driven product management leader with deep experience in fintech, information services/data insights, and analytics. She also brings a new and fresh perspective to Payrailz efforts to innovate the payments experience and plays a key role in Payrailz’ ongoing mission of making the payments experience smarter and more engaging for the banks and credit unions we serve.
