Lena Mitchell

Lena Mitchell is currently the Vice President of Implementation at Payrailz. Prior to their current position, they served as the Director PMO at Suncoast Credit Union from February 2011 to July 2019. In their role as Director, they were responsible for developing the Project Management Office by determining and implementing project methodology and standards for the organization which support the execution of the strategic plan and business objectives.

Lena has over 18 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to their role at Suncoast Credit Union, they served as the Vice President - Member Care at GTE Federal Credit Union from January 2001 to January 2011. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of member service representatives and ensuring that members received quality service.

Lena is a highly skilled and experienced leader with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing processes and standards that improve organizational efficiency. Lena is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and is able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Lena Mitchell has a certification in project management from the University of South Florida and a certification from 11352 in project management professional. Lena also attended Leto High School.
