Donnabel Castillo began their work experience in 2003 as a Risk Management and Support Group Officer at Tourist Center Corporation. Donnabel then worked as an Executive Assistant/Business Analyst at Payment Processing Corporation from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they joined PAY.ON in 2009 as an Account Manager - Team Leader. In 2014, they joined Payreto as the Head of Service Delivery until 2016. Donnabel then briefly served as the Location Head in January 2017 before taking on the role of Head of Operations (APAC) in July 2017.

Donnabel Castillo earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Adamson University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
