David Volpi

Mr. Volpi is President and Managing Member of Payroll Data Processing, an HR payroll service platform for the independent agents to offer to their clients and insureds.

Prior to the development of Payroll Data Processing, Mr. Volpi was SCI’s Director of Strategic Initiatives, and National Sales Director for PlatformOne, an affiliate company of SCI. His work was instrumental in defining and positioning SCI as the “best in breed” in the HRO markets and several specific vertical markets where SCI has extensive experience.

In his previous roles, Mr. Volpi was responsible for developing a national PEO as President and Chief Operations Officer of Advantec. There, he played a significant role in building the national HR service and technology model that was recognized as the leader in the industry.

Before joining Advantec, he was the Divisional President and General Manager of Automatic Data Processing’s, ADP Total Source a PEO and ADP’s Director of National Accounts and Client Services. Mr. Volpi also served as President and Vice President of Finance of Total Source’s predecessor, Staff Management Systems of Florida.

He is a long-standing member of the National Association of Professional Employers Organizations (NAPEO) and the American Payroll Association (APA). He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Dayton.
