Kevin McCarthy

Kevin McCarthy is a seasoned professional currently serving as the VP of Strategy and Growth at Payroll Integrations since 2023. Prior to this role, Kevin was the Head of Business Operations at FreshCut from 2021 to 2023, where leadership was provided for all operations in a rapidly growing startup focused on gaming communities. Kevin's experience includes an Associate position at Goldman Sachs' Investment Management Division from 2018 to 2021, overseeing a client advisory team and driving business development initiatives. Earlier career achievements include serving as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 2012 to 2016, where Kevin managed cross-functional teams to deliver strategic recommendations for Fortune 500 clients. Kevin co-founded a successful athleisure menswear brand while studying for a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Southern California from 2008 to 2012, also working as Chief Financial Officer in that venture. Kevin holds an MBA in Analytic Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
