Barbara Youngman

Barbara Youngman, CPP, is a nationally recognized Certified Payroll Professional with 30 years of multi-state and global experience in Payroll, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations. Currently, Barbara serves as a Payroll Manager for Compliance & Reporting at Toyota North America and is an Independent Consultant for Thirty-One Gifts. In addition, they co-own Youngman Home Services, LLC, providing home inspection and consultation services. Barbara has also held various leadership roles in the American Payroll Association, including President and Director on the Board of Directors, actively contributing to the education and growth of payroll professionals.
