Irene Chapman

Irene Chapman, CPP, has extensive experience in payroll management and consulting, currently serving as Secretary for the American Payroll Association since May 2005. Previously, Irene owned Irene H. Chapman & Associates, LLC from January 2008 to December 2015 and has held key positions such as Payroll Director at CKE Restaurants, Inc. and Transamerica, Inc., as well as Payroll Manager at The Pillsbury Company. Additional roles include Implementation Consultant at PeopleSoft and Consultant at HC Associates. Irene's educational background includes studies at Syracuse University and a Master’s degree in Textiles & Consumer Economics from Cornell University.
