Ruth Mccarthy, CCP, has extensive experience in customer success and compensation consulting, currently serving as Principal Customer Success Manager at Payscale since April 2011. Mccarthy's role involves managing post-sales activities, client milestone projects, and mentoring new Customer Success Managers while also acting as an ambassador for cross-functional collaboration within the organization. Prior to this, Mccarthy held various positions at Qwest Communications, culminating in the role of Lead Compensation Consultant, where responsibilities included overseeing compensation issues across multiple business units and providing strategic guidance to senior leadership. Mccarthy holds a degree from Heriot-Watt University.
