Tim Lai

Tim Lai has an extensive background in software engineering and team leadership roles, with experience at companies such as IBM, Vistaprint, Payscale, and Payfactors. At IBM, Tim held various positions from Lead Developer to Team Lead/Architect, working on projects related to data privacy, analytics, procurement, and microelectronics. Tim's responsibilities included managing teams, defining architectural strategies, and leading software development projects. Currently, at Payscale, Tim serves as the Vice President of Engineering and has a strong foundation in computer systems engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
