Tyler Collins

Tyler Collins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data development and human resources. Currently serving as Manager of Data Development at Payscale since February 2019, Tyler leads a team of data analysts focused on optimizing a variety of data sets. Prior to this, Tyler excelled as Peer Exchange Manager and Compensation Data Analyst at Payfactors, where responsibilities included managing client compensation data exchanges and ensuring data accuracy through complex analysis. Tyler's earlier experience includes roles at BJ's Wholesale Club as an HRIS Analyst and Associate HRIS Analyst, as well as experience in payroll administration and human resources at The Tico Group, LLC. With an academic background that includes an M.B.A. and a Bachelor's degree from Clark University, Tyler combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of human resource management.
