Shekhar Nair

Shekhar Nair is a seasoned professional in the financial technology and payments industry, currently serving as the Regional Director for Asia at PaySend since August 2018. With a strong background in international business development and payments solutions, Nair has contributed to various organizations including PayCommerce Inc. as Senior Vice President for APAC, Gulf & ME, and UNISTREAM COMMERCIAL BANK as SVP of International Business Development. Previous positions also include Vice President of Global Transaction Services at Citigroup and Managing Director for South & Southeast Asia at PayQuik Inc. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Arts from Delhi University, Nair began a diverse career in marketing and regional sales management, evidenced through roles at companies such as Western Union International and Sprint RPG India Ltd.
