Valentin Dobrota

Valentin Dobrota is the Director of Customer Success at Payset, where they lead a dynamic team to enhance customer experiences and drive growth. Previously, Valentin held senior roles at Oracle, culminating as Senior Manager of Customer Success, where they achieved notable retention and expansion rates. They have also managed supply chain operations and sales efforts at various organizations, including Hewlett-Packard and Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania. Valentin holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
