Fidelma McGuirk is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in global payroll management and consultancy. As the Founder and CEO of Payslip since May 2016, Fidelma has pioneered a cloud-based platform to streamline international payroll processes for professionals. In addition to leading Payslip, Fidelma serves as Lead Entrepreneur for Going for Growth, a program designed to support women entrepreneurs. Previously, Fidelma held various significant roles including CEO of Taxback.com, where strategic growth in international markets was achieved, and CEO of Perregrin, focusing on management consultancy for businesses aiming for ambitious growth. Fidelma also contributed as a Non-Executive Director at Inland Fisheries Ireland and garnered valuable experience in operations and program management at eir Ireland.
