Kimeko Spencer-Wells has over 10 years of work experience in customer service and sales. Kimeko began their career in 2005 as a Customer Service/Sales-Executive Club at British Airways, where they assisted customers with planning and ticketing itineraries. In 2008, they moved to Comcast as a Customer Account Executive, where they handled inbound customer interactions for billing inquiries, service, and sales of Comcast products. Most recently, they have been with Payspan, Inc. since 2009, where they have held two roles: Provider Engagement Director and Client Relationship Manager. In their Client Relationship Manager role, they established and maintained strong customer relationships to maximize existing customer upsells and renewals, as well as managed change orders and projects for assigned clients post go-live.
Kimeko Spencer-Wells is currently enrolled in Florida State College at Jacksonville, where they are pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Kimeko began their studies in 2021 and is expected to graduate in 2024.
