Joel Paul is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational and product support across various roles in the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Global Operations Analyst at epay, a Euronet Company, since January 2015, Joel specializes in developing automated solutions, conducting SOX audits, and enhancing Azure functionalities. Previous roles include Product Support Manager and Product Operations Analyst II, where responsibilities included product management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication. Joel’s career began at DST Systems, progressing through multiple positions focused on client relations, project management, and compliance, with a strong proficiency in technical writing and Agile methodologies. Joel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from William Jewell College and an Associate's degree in English Language and Literature from Penn Valley Community College.
