Alexandra Navarro

Alexandra Navarro currently serves as Chief of Staff and Impact at Paystand, focusing on integrating social impact within the Fintech sector through disruptive technology. Previously, Alexandra held the position of Chief of Staff at Latinas in Tech, promoting the empowerment of Latina women in technology across global chapters. At Digital NEST Inc., Alexandra excelled as Senior Director, leading initiatives that provided underserved youth with essential technical and soft skills as well as consulting services. Alexandra's diverse experience includes consulting for minority business owners at Pajaro CDC, founding The Blue Leaf LLC to enhance leadership potential in Latin America, and progressive roles in account management and claims at The Queens Flowers and Allianz, respectively. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Universidad de La Sabana and an Executive Business certification from UCSC Silicon Valley Extension.
