Sergio Almaguer

Sergio Almaguer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management, digital strategy, and business development. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer at Paystand since July 2023 and as Founder and CEO of Yaydoo since 2016, Sergio has demonstrated cross-functional leadership and proficiency in managing product roadmaps, team development, and investor relations. Sergio co-founded POWZY and held the position of CTO from 2012 to 2017, focusing on product strategy and mobile app development. Additionally, Sergio has contributed to various roles at Expanti, KiWi, Microsoft, Orange Switzerland, GE Energy, Reporte Indigo, and FEMSA COMERCIO, where responsibilities included digital marketing strategy, CRM implementation, and project management. Sergio holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Management, Technology, and Entrepreneurship from EPFL and a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Technologies from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
