Sofía Aceves is an experienced operations and customer success leader with a robust background in sales and financial management. Currently serving as Customer Success Operations Manager at Paystand since October 2024, Sofía previously held the role of Sales Operations Manager at MSCI Inc. from February 2021 to September 2024. Prior positions include Global Invoice to Cash Senior Manager and Commercial Operations Manager at GE Digital, where the focus was on enhancing commercial processes across various GE businesses. Additional experience includes roles at Epicor Software as Business Operations Coordinator, Schneider Electric as Financial Analyst and Accounts Payable Lead, and Teleperformance as Customer Service Supervisor.
