Forrest Bivens has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Forrest worked at Purpose-Focus-Passion, Inc. as the Director of Marketing and Education, where they focused on helping consumers and addressing the high costs of daily essential goods. Additionally, they served as a Senior Account Executive, Remote Regional Sales Manager, and Independent Contractor at Paystone, a company they worked for since 2012. Forrest also served on the Board of Directors at the London Abused Women's Centre, supporting the organization's mission of providing free counseling and support for women abused by their intimate partners. Before that, they held sales management positions at Dominion Card Services Inc. and Federated Payments Cananda. Early in their career, they were a Project Planner at Community Safety Net, where they facilitated children's safety projects in various communities.

Forrest Bivens pursued their education at the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2013.
