Nawaf AlSultan has worked in various roles since 2018. Nawaf began their career as a Finance Officer at مؤسسة مفاهيم للصيانة in 2018. In 2020, they moved to Olayan Food Division as a Sales Division. Currently, they are working at PayTabs as a Business Development since 2022.

Nawaf AlSultan has a Bachelor's degree in Banking from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University, which they obtained between 2017 and 2022. Nawaf also has three certifications from the Project Management Institute, namely the PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), the Agile Portfolio and Program Management (ICP-PPM), and the Project Management Professional (PMP), which they obtained in November and December of 2022.
