Previous leadership roles include President of Human Services Group, where Laurence oversaw a multi-disciplinary investment firm with global interests, and Director of Lodging Development at Marriott International, managing complex international hotel projects. Additional experience includes roles at Arthur Andersen, Sutton Place Gourmet, and First Pacific Land, complemented by academic credentials from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Cornell University in real estate development and hotel management, respectively.
