Andrew Harris has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrew started their career as an NCAA Division I Tennis Coach at Lipscomb University, where they also served as the Director of the Lipscomb Racquet Club. In 2013, they transitioned to Rival Health as an Account Executive for Tennessee & Kentucky, focusing on behavior change and providing total rewards for safety, wellness, and healthcare cost containment.

In 2015, Andrew worked as a Territory Representative at Allergan, a global pharmaceutical company. Andrew then joined Aegis Health, now known as Trilliant Health, as the VP of Business Development, specializing in population health management and aligning the interests of providers, employers, and patients.

In 2018, Andrew became the Director of Health System Solutions at Trilliant Health, where they later assumed the role of Senior Director of Business Development. Andrew facilitated partnerships and provided innovative solutions for health systems.

Andrew also worked as a Consultant at Negotiation & Dispute Resolution, where they trained executives in dispute resolution, negotiation skills, and strategic tactics for managing difficult conversations. Andrew contributed to this role for over 12 years, until 2021.

Their most recent position is Head of Growth at Paytient, where they focus on engagement and partnerships. Andrew has been successful in expanding their partner network, including Fortune 500 companies and leading national health systems.
