Vikram Kohli

Vikram Kohli has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and companies. Vikram started their career in 2005 as a Software Engineer at Satyam Computer Services Ltd, where they were involved in building a module for WHO and integrating it with Oracle ERP. Vikram then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at FCS Business Solutions before joining Tech Mahindra as an Engineering Manager in 2009.

In 2011, Vikram co-founded PracLabs, a MOOC startup focused on employability. Vikram played a crucial role in technology, product development, and sales during their time there. After running the company for 18 months, they moved on to other ventures.

Vikram then took up a role as an Engineering Manager at KMPH Trips for a brief period in 2015 before co-founding qilo. As a Co-founder and CTO at qilo, they were involved in various aspects of the business, including hiring, training, product development, sales, marketing, and customer success. After successfully running qilo for almost 5 years, it was acquired by PeopleStrong, a leading HRTech player in Southeast Asia.

At PeopleStrong, Vikram initially served as an AVP Product Management from 2019 to 2021. Vikram then advanced to the position of Vice President of Product Management, overseeing the strategic direction and development of products. In 2023, they joined Paytime in a Product role.

Throughout their career, Vikram has gained extensive experience in leadership, technology, product management, and business development.

Vikram Kohli's education history begins with their high school education at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Adampur, which they attended from 1987 to 1997. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications at D.A.V College from 1999 to 2002. Following this, they joined Guru Nanak Dev University for their Master's in Computer Applications, which they completed from 2002 to 2005. Later, in 2011, Vikram enrolled at XLRI Jamshedpur to pursue a degree in Business Management, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Vikram completed this program in 2012.
