Bill McClelland

Bill McClelland has extensive experience in payroll implementation and management, currently serving as Implementation Manager and previously as Implementation Specialist at CBIZ Paytime since April 2000. Prior to this role, Bill worked in payroll at Cole from 1995 to 2000. Educational qualifications include studies at Cuyahoga Community College from 1991 to 1994, and attendance at The University of Akron during 1990 to 1991. Bill is a graduate of Brunswick High School.
