Kapil Girotra is currently serving as Chief Business Officer at Paytm Payments Bank, where responsibilities include restructuring business operations, developing growth strategies, and identifying scalable opportunities within the product suite. With a solid background in banking, Kapil held various senior positions at RBL Bank from December 2013 to August 2023, including SVP & Product Head, focusing on business banking product management and digitalization efforts, as well as Vice President & Head of Insignia Preferred Banking.
