Rajesh Hemrajani

Rajesh Hemrajani is the current Chief Information Security Officer at Paytm Payments Bank. Rajesh has previously served as the CISO for IDFC FIRST Bank from March 2017 to March 2020. In their role as CISO, Rajesh is responsible for developing and implementing the bank's IT security strategy, ensuring its compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing the security of the bank's information assets.

Under Rajesh's leadership, the IDFC FIRST Bank was able to successfully adopt new digital technologies and implement a comprehensive information security awareness program for employees, vendors, and customers. Rajesh's extensive experience in the financial sector and their commitment to protecting customer data has made him a valuable asset to the Paytm Payments Bank.

Rajesh Hemrajani has a PG Diploma in Computer Applications from Kurukshetra College, New Delhi, India. Rajesh also has an Executive MBA in Ecommerce and Information Technology from NIBM. Rajesh is certified from All India Management Association (AIMA) in Advanced certificate program in Digital innovation & Transformation for enterprises. Rajesh is also certified from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner and Security Engineering. In addition, they are certified from ISACA in Certified In Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Lastly, they are certified from (ISC)² in Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

They work with Sajal Bhatnagar - Chief Business Officer, Sanjay Saxena - Chief Financial Officer, and Anupam Dureha - Chief Risk Officer. Rajesh Hemrajani reports to Satish Kumar Gupta, CEO & MD.
