Pallavi Shardul Shroff

Pallavi is an Independent Director of our Company. Ms. Shroff holds a bachelors’ degree in law and a master’s degree in management studies from the University of Bombay. She currently serves as the managing partner of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. Mrs. Shroff was recently conferred the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ at the Chambers India Awards 2019 and also been recognised as one of the ‘most powerful women in Indian business’ by Business Today, seven years in succession
