Rakhi Singh has a strong background in executive search and recruitment. Rakhi is currently working as the Vice President of HR at Paytm. Prior to that, they held the position of Partner at CNA International Executive Search for five years, where they focused on helping top global growth stage companies hire leadership talent in areas such as sales, product, and growth. Before their role at CNA, Rakhi worked as a Client Director at EMA Partners International, specializing in conducting in-country and global searches for top management and leadership resources across sectors. Rakhi also has experience as a Consultant at Spearhead InterSearch, a globally top-ranked consulting firm specializing in senior-level executive search.

Rakhi Singh has a Bachelor's Degree in History from Lady Shri Ram College for Women. Rakhi also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management. In 2015-2016, Rakhi attended Symbiosis Coaching in Boston to study Life Coaching and Executive Coaching. Rakhi has also obtained additional certifications in Decision Dynamics from Decision Dynamics AB and Competency Based Interviewing Skills and Analysis from XLRI Jamshedpur.
