Richa Singh

Richa Singh is an experienced professional in product management and operations, currently serving as a Manager at Paytm since May 2023, focusing on IVR, process excellence for merchants, and communications. Prior to this, Richa held the position of Assistant Manager for Procurement and Warehouse Operations at Feel Good Contacts, where responsibilities included sales analysis, projection planning for procurement, and warehouse setup activities. Richa has also worked at Flipkart as a Lead and at Myntra Jabong as an Assistant Manager, managing warehouse inventory and operational excellence initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as Procurement Operations Analyst at HP and a System Analyst at Flex, where skills in system implementation and supply chain management were developed. Richa holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University.
