Rishabh Tandon

Rishabh Tandon is a Technical Lead at Paytm since October 2021, focusing on enhancing customer experience through the development of session and ticket management features using generative AI in chatbots. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Consultant at Capgemini, where Rishabh worked on Java full stack development and Apache Kafka projects, and software engineering positions involving blockchain development and autonomous vehicle prototypes.
